The German entity of O2 uses Rator as MVNE business platform for Tchibo, AOL Germany and Fonic.

The first MVNO in the world to use the Internet as only sales and distribution channel. Operates in Denmark, using Rator as billing and customer care platform.

Rabo Mobiel, a MVNO brand owned by Rabobank, is the first bank in Europe to introduce mobile banking and low-cost calling in one. Targeting a large base of home banking users, subscribers are offered pre- and post paid airtime, mobile banking services and a variety of mobile phones. Rator is used as billing and customer care platform.

 

Swiss operator Sunrise has deployed Rator as a MVNE business platform. Sunrise currently manages and supports 2 brands using the platform, Lebara Mobile and Salut! mobile. Lebara is a pan European MVNO, offering attractive rates for international calls, and distributed through selected distributors and resellers. Salut! mobile is a pre-paid brand, offering low on net and mobile to fixed line tariffs. The brand is distributed through supermarket chain Aldi.

 

Simyo is a no-frills, Internet-based MVNO offering easy-to-use services.

 

Tchibo is a chain of convenience stores with 1200 shops in Germany, offering mobile subscriptions, both pre- and post paid. Tchibo uses the O2 network.

 

Dutch mobile network operator. Uses the Rator MVNE platform to support the Simyo and Ay Yildiz brands requirements for billing and customer care.

Fonic is the newest MVNO to enter the German market for pre paid mobile services. The brand is owned by the Telefonica group, and markets its services through a web site and LIDLs 3,000 supermarket stores. Fonic offers some of the lowest tariffs in the market, combined with flexible top up methods and top notch customer care. Fonic uses O2 as airtime provider and rely on O2s Rator platform for subscriber life cycle management.

Norwegian mobile operator running on Telenors platform, targeting both private and business customers. Primarily focuses on offering low prices and access to the best GSM net in Norway. Mobitalk uses Rator billing and customer care for prepaid and postpaid mobile services.

Swiss operator Sunrise has launched a new pre-paid brand, offering low tariffs for on net, and mobile to fixed line calls. The Salut! mobile service is distributed through supermarket chain Aldi, and is topped up using Internet or vouchers in an Aldi store.

German mobile service provider Talklines Internet brand, offering prepaid services and mobile phones. Network operator is T-Mobile. The Rator platform is used for billing and customer care.

Talkmore is the first Internet-only MVNO in Norway, offering prepaid services for both consumers and the SME market. Rator is focal platform for managing subscribers.

 

Debitel Denmark´s Internet-based MVNO. Uses Rator as billing and customer care solution.

Satellic Traffic Management GmbH is a global technology service provider for the setup and operation of progressive toll and traffic management systems. Satellic is a wholly-owned subsidiary of T-Systems, the business customers segment of Deutsche Telekom.

 

Offering mobile, broadband and VoIP services, Hello is targeting the high ARPU spenders in the consumer and business markets in Norway. The Rator platform is used to manage and support subscribers.

 

MVNO owned by the retail chain BelCompany who has a large amount of physical shops in The Netherlands and thus targets a large group of potential customers. qick provisions on Orange NL's network and uses Rator for customer care, billing, rating, self care, and point-of-sale for their post-paid offerings. CDRator provides hosting services for qick via a hosting partner located in Denmark.  

 

Tal is an Icelandic mobile, fixed line and broadband service provider, owned by the mobile network operator OG Vodafone. Acting as an independent brand, Tal offers pre-paid and post-paid services, using Internet as primary sales channel. Tal relies on Rator as customer care and billing platform for their mobile service.

Danish supplier targeting primarily businesses and offering practically unlimited hi-fi quality VoIP over broadband, all fiber-based. nianet uses Rator billing and customer care for VoIP services.

 

Brand targeting the Turkish community in the Netherlands. Offers prepaid, Internet-based mobile services, with attractive rates for calls to Turkey.

 

Danish service provider of fixed line and VoIP for the SME market. Also markets "white label" whole- sale services to other businesses. Rator manages both direct and wholesale billing and customer care. Firstcom was earlier called DeTele.

 

 

Company in the TDC group, offering cable TV, broadband, and VoIP services to residential users in Denmark. Uses Rator to bill and rate VoIP services.

AllTele is a Swedish ISP, providing broadband and VoIP services, distributed through partners, resellers and the Internet. Rator is focal customer care and billing platform.
