Lots of responsibility and close customer relations right from the start
Lise was a newly qualified candidate from the IT University of Copenhagen and was looking for a sw-developer job. Asked why she came to work for CDRator, Lise says “I knew someone working for CDRator and this person highly recommended it as a nice place to be and a place where it was possible to get responsibility and close customers relations right from the start. And this sounded like the place for me…”.
And Lise is indeed happy about her job – looking back, within the first 6 months, she was given sole responsibility for major customer-projects. And she even got a new career opportunity after just one year, where she was asked to take responsibility of the CDRator QA-department. The top management assign us a task and then don’t interfere. They trust us to do the job, but they’re always there if we have any questions. Furthermore, she enjoys very much traveling to customers all over the world – getting to meet them at their turf and on their conditions “Helps me understand their needs much better” Lise says.
CDRator flex-time and social environment is simply the best!
“Flex-time is simply the best” says Lise. “It is alpha omega for me that I am able to leave an hour earlier now and then if I have made private plans - but always taking customer considerations into account of course!”.
Besides the professional challenges, Lise enjoys socializing with her colleagues, both in- and outside working hours, and she ensures that there is rich opportunity to get to know one’s CDRator colleagues through social arrangement and get-togethers. |
