Your primary responsibilities will be:

Analyze business requirements from our national and international customers, and deliver customized solutions by configuring our innovative Billing and CRM solution

Identify, analyze and solve technical issues related to our customers’ production systems

Manage development, testing, and delivery of our solution

Initiate training of our customers in the use of their customized solution of our billing system
In Application Support we are organized in specialist teams, working closely together to support our customers.

Our ideal candidate:

Has professional experience with customer support, understands technical solutions and business processes
-
Has experience with the technical side of telecommunications, finance, or CRM solutions and knows how to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Has a technical background and knowledge about object-oriented programming and knows how to use SQL to query a database
-
Thrives on analyzing and solving technical issues in complex systems and is experienced in building and releasing software packages in a commercial environment
-
Has the ability to work in a result-oriented and structured way with focus on quality and details

Is able to work equally independently and within a team – and taking responsibility

Is service-minded, flexible and has a positive attitude towards both customers, colleagues and projects

Has a proficient level of English both speaking and writing
